| What is the difference between "Available" and "On Request" confirmation? |
| "Available" indicates that your request can be confirmed from assigned rooms that we hold for Iopitour clients. If booked, these can be confirmed in seconds. "On Request" confirmation is where we have no pre-assigned rooms available that match your requirements and need to request room(s) for you directly from the hotel. If you book a hotel showing "On Request", we contact the hotel on your behalf and you will receive a reply to your request within 48 hours. |

| How do I know if my hotel booking has been confirmed? |

| Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly? |
| No. The booking confirmation, that is the Voucher, printed from the octopus site is all you need. Always remember to keep the voucher with you and show it during check-in.Please note that for hotels showing "Available" confirmation Iopitour has rooms assigned for our clients and we only supply your name to the hotel 72 hours prior to your arrival; if you contact them before this they will not have your details yet. For "On Request" bookings we forward your name to the hotel at the time of booking. In neither case do you need to contact the hotel yourself. |

| Do children receive discounted rates? |
| The policy regarding child reductions varies from hotel to hotel. Where these discounts apply, they are passed on to you. This can be verified on the hotel booking detail screen where the booking total is confirmed prior to payment being taken. |

| How do I use 'My Account'? |
| To access the details of any of your bookings please click on the My Account link on the Homepage. Enter the email address and the password submitted when making your booking. To amend or modify the booking details i.e. booking name/dates of stay/number of nights please click on the underlined Booking Reference Number. Please note that all amendment requests are subject to availability and that charges may be applied for decreasing the number of rooms or nights. Please refer to our Booking Terms for full details |

| Who do I contact if I need help? |
| Iopitour Service Itinerarium has a Modica (RG) -based Customer Care Centre currently open from 9.00am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday. The office is located in Via Trapani Rocciola 13/b Modica 97015 ,Sicily Italy. The contact phone number is +39 0932.773737 . These calls are charged at the National rate for callers within Italy and for outside Italy your local service provider will determine the rates. |

| How do I get to the hotel? |
| All hotels on the web site have a report that contains information relating to its location. It is your own responsibility to arrange travel to and from the hotel. |

| How safe are my credit card details? |
| For secure online payment, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the privacy of the information provided to us and at no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the internet. For further information, please refer to our privacy statement. |

| What should I do to receive a copy of the Invoice or Credit Note ? |
| Please note that every time you make a booking or an amendement/cancellation, the Customer Service office will send you an email, to the email address that you advised previously, with a summary of the last transaction. To receive a copy of the Invoice or the Credit Note on your email address, you should only resend the same email to info@iopitour.com asking for it and advising all the datas needed for us to issue them : i.e. Surname,Name (or Company Name), Codice Fiscale/Vat Number, mailing address. |
